From the moment I was toddling around the garden I've always enjoyed my sport and exercise. After graduating from university with a degree in Sports Science I then took on further study programmes to become a fully qualified and insured personal fitness trainer.

I've been training people since 2002 and during that time I've also invested my time and money in keeping skills and experience up to date with further qualifications so that I can provide a better service and value for money to my clients.
